2023 Proven Strategies for Planned Giving

Barnabas Foundation's Annual Member Conference

At Barnabas Foundation, I played an important role in the production of the Proven Strategies for Planned Giving event, which gathers member organizations from around the world. This annual event focuses on sharing the best practices in marketing, gift administration, and fundraising, all from a Christian perspective. With a mix of keynotes, general sessions, workshops, and personalized 1:1 conversations, the event provides deep insights into effective planned giving strategies.

My Contributions:
I designed a range of marketing and event materials, including: - Three Retractable Banners: Eye-catching designs to enhance the event space. - 25.5"x11" Brochure: A detailed guide to the event's agenda and offerings. - Event Program Booklet: A comprehensive booklet covering all aspects of the event. - Two "Last Chance to Register" Postcards: Targeted marketing materials to drive final registration efforts. - PowerPoint Templates and General Slides: Visual support for presentations throughout the event.
And more! These contributions helped create a cohesive and professional experience for attendees.

Impact
This year, we expanded our marketing efforts by opening registration to potential members, in addition to current members. The result was a record-breaking number of attendees—the most in the event’s nearly 50-year history. The event also garnered excellent feedback from members, reinforcing its value and relevance in the planned giving community. Unfortunately, I cannot provide official numbers as the information is private.
