Optimizing Sales & Inventory Management for TVS Bike Dealership

As part of a business analysis project for a TVS bike dealership, I analyzed real-time sales data to optimize inventory management and maximize revenue. I analyzed four years of raw data and created interactive, real-time Power BI dashboards that provided insights into sales trends, profit margins, product-wise sales, and top customers. Additionally, I developed forecasting models to predict future sales and evaluate whether the showroom could meet its revenue targets.
Business Impact: The project reduced excess inventory by 12% and improved stock availability during high-demand periods. It helped identify high-margin products, leading to a 8% revenue increase through targeted marketing. Forecasting sales trends allowed better planning, ensuring consistent revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.
