A synthetic English business email proofread using an AI-assisted TXT workflow. This is a demonstration, not client work, and it does not claim human editorial review.
Brief and acceptance criteria
The task was to correct spelling, grammar and punctuation with minimal edits while preserving meaning and specific facts. The original message includes names, 12 records, EUR 340, 15 October 2026 and a statement that data was not shared. Those details and the paragraph structure were protected rather than rewritten for style.
Process: declared edits and separate review
The workflow proposed explicit edits against the original UTF-8 text and applied them automatically. Examples include correcting 'you message', 'files is ready', 'reveiw' and 'you needs'. Each correction had to address an actual language error without adding a claim, changing the offer or altering a protected fact.
Deterministic validation checked edit integrity, protected facts and file hashes. A separate fresh AI review compared the original and corrected text for meaning, grammar, completeness and compliance with the task. These two forms of review serve different purposes and neither is described as human proofreading.
Quality feedback and repair
The first attempt was rejected because a comma still joined independent sentences. The existing executor corrected that issue, then the independent checks and separate review ran again. The published result is the accepted revision; the rejected attempt remains local audit evidence rather than being presented as a successful deliverable.
Measured result
The final result contains seven declared edits. All eight QA criteria passed, and the separate AI review reported no remaining issues. Names, quantities, amount, date, paragraph structure and the negative statement about sharing data were preserved. The before-and-after image shows the complete email, not selected excerpts.
Verification and handoff
An additional negative check changed the monetary amount and was correctly rejected. The original and corrected TXT files are tied to the validation report through their recorded SHA-256 hashes. The demonstration package contains both files, the declared edits, independent QA evidence and a visual comparison.
Scope and limitations
This example concerns a short English UTF-8 TXT file. It is not evidence of translation, specialist legal or medical review, native-language credentials or human review. It does not demonstrate OCR, PDF editing or Word layout. The recorded correction is a technical demonstration using synthetic content, with no client acceptance, earnings or business outcome claimed.
Explicit processing steps for this independent demonstration.
