From a request to a reviewed PDF

I built a document workflow for a fictional event. A user sends the attendee details, the system creates a PDF, and a new version waits for review before it replaces the approved one.

The gallery includes real exported files. You can compare the name, event and session with the input record, then inspect the changed accent and version label. I checked 20 jobs in the recorded cloud run.

Sample files and the checking guide are available on request. The cloud service is private, so the files let you inspect its output rather than try a public live app. The downloaded PDFs alone do not prove the approval process.
