A 42-second vertical short (9:16) for FlexPro Meals, part of a "True Stories" series about the real food side of famous body transformations.
The story: a lovable sitcom "chubby guy" gets six months to become a superhero. The edit follows the deadline, the strict diet, the training, and his own words about how hard it was, ending on a "Follow for more" brand frame.
What I did
Story structure and pacing built for retention: a hook in the first second, then a clear before → struggle → payoff arc
Word-by-word kinetic captions with a brand accent colour on the key words
On-screen graphics: a "Deadline: 6 months" tag, an animated calorie counter, strike-through text and quote cards
Music and sound design timed to the cuts
End card with the brand call to action
Format: 1080×1920, 42s, Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts.
