Safeguarding Policy: Design & Training
Michel Sherif
Worked on a project funded by Oxfam to design safeguarding policies for SMEs, and train their managerial staff. The policies discussed rules about misconduct (e.g., harassment, bullying, discrimination, etc.) as well as overwork and burnout. I was also heavily involved in training company staff and HR mangers in communicating and implementing this policy.
