SiteGurus isn't merely a complementary add-on; it's a game-changer. Recognizing that every agency, client, and project has unique requirements, SiteGurus offers a bespoke approach to project management and task execution. The core philosophy is simple yet effective: combine the power of Software as a Service (SaaS) with a direct, efficient portal for task management. The Challenge

The very core of the challenge was understanding Siteglide's vast capabilities and the myriad of businesses it served. Cybernova delved deep into market research, ensuring the resultant platform would befit everything from small enterprises to industry titans. Their commitment was not just to create a platform, but to make it versatile, scalable, and user-centric.

The development process was exhaustive. It began with iterative brainstorming sessions, where features like the Marketplace, and task management portal were conceptualized. A prototype was crafted, subject to rigorous testing to ensure user intuitiveness and seamless performance. But Cybernova went a step further—feedback loops with actual agencies and developers were instituted to refine the user experience continuously.

Building a robust API-first design took considerable effort. Cybernova ensured that while the interface remained intuitive, the backbone was powerful enough to offer users complete control over data and code. This was coupled with integrating enterprise-grade infrastructure tools like Siteglide, Stripe and SendGrid. The synchronization had to be perfect, ensuring high-speed responses, secure data transactions, and effortless third-party integrations.

Post-launch, our involvement didn’t wane. We remained committed to constant updates, integrating user feedback, and ensuring SiteGurus kept pace with the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Customer Success

It wasn't enough to just build a user-facing interface; the heart of operations, a Developer Portal, was critical for the comprehensive management and streamlined operations of SiteGurus.

Understanding the intricacies of daily tasks, billing details, customer management, and the myriad of functionalities needed by SiteGurus’ employees and managers was pivotal. This is where our meticulous planning came to the forefront. The Developer Portal wasn't just built— it was crafted with precision, foreseeing the needs of every user, from the new intern to the seasoned manager.

At the forefront was the task management system, designed for efficiency and clarity. Employees could prioritize assignments, view task histories, and update progress in real-time. Managers, on the other hand, could assign roles, oversee project timelines, and ensure the optimal allocation of resources.

One of the most critial aspects was the time-tracking feature. Recognizing the essence of time in a service-based industry, the feature allowed for real-time tracking of hours spent on tasks. Not only did this ensure accurate billing, but it also provided insights into efficiency metrics and task durations.

To compliment this, we developed a standalone time-tracking application, available both for desktop and mobile users. This tool was designed with usability at its core. Recognizing that not all employees operate from a singular workstation, the decision to make it accessible on mobile devices was a nod to the flexibility modern work environments demand.

Beyond just clocking hours, the app integrated with the broader Developer Portal. As such, the hours logged would automatically reflect in billing, payroll, and project timelines. This interconnectivity ensured fewer errors and an uninterrupted flow of information.
