At the beginning of this year, Berlin's top digital product and venture builder studio hired us to help them with the revamp of their website. 

The goals were to:

🎯 migrate to a platform that's marketer-friendly and can be edited easily

🎯 improve the user experience on the site 

🎯 engage the user and prolong their journey on the site

🎯 enhance the design

🎯 improve SEO and rankings

🎯 improve tracking and analytics 

So as per our diligent methodology, we first organized workshops with the client to understand their requirements and set up the KPIs.





The next step was to organise and plan all the details internally. We basically broke down the workload into 7 weekly design & development sprints. This is how we ensured the quality of our work and also the lead time. 

We made sure the communication ran smoothly and the project was done on budget and on time.
