A fitness startup approached us with an ambitious vision: build the world's first AI-powered avatar fitness app. They wanted a mobile experience where users could interact with AI avatars for personalized workout guidance, real-time coaching, and progress tracking.

The app needed to feel premium, perform flawlessly during live workout sessions, and scale fast for a global launch.

We designed and developed a full-stack mobile application from scratch, covering everything from UI/UX design to backend infrastructure and App Store deployment.

I led the end-to-end development: architecture planning, UI implementation, backend API development, third-party integrations, QA testing, and App Store/Play Store deployment. I also collaborated closely with the AI team to integrate the avatar engine into the mobile experience.
