This project was designed to optimize the pricing workflow for judicial assets (precatórios) at Lexcred, a legal-finance company in Brazil.
The process of calculating asset values and preparing proposals used to involve multiple manual steps between legal and financial teams, which often led to delays and inconsistencies. To solve this, I built a complete Pipefy workflow (in Portuguese) that organizes each stage of the operation, from data collection to legal review, calculation, pre-proposal, and closure.
One of the key improvements was the implementation of an AI Agent to assist in the calculation and validation of asset pricing. The agent analyzes case information, cross-references inputs from the legal team, and suggests preliminary values for review. This reduced manual calculation time, improved accuracy, and helped the team make faster, data-driven decisions.
The new workflow also includes automated task assignments, centralized documentation, and clear status tracking for every case, bringing greater transparency, traceability, and productivity to the entire pricing process.
Overall, this project demonstrates how AI + no-code automation can modernize traditional processes, even in regulated sectors like legal and finance.
