Initiation: How it started

I initially found Scarlett via a Twitter (now x) post where she expressed a desire to hire an editor. I reached out via email providing past work, and case studies, and offered to do a free sample edit to test my skill level. 5 million views later the rest is history.

When I found Hera she already had an incredible platform of just under 100k in 4 months of creating content. She was averaging a million views a month, 120+ ccv a stream, and about 100 followers a day. Together we upped her views right off the rip with our first video peaking at half a million views (

I'll be the first to admit we did not produce as much content as we had hoped, but while moving and Hera being sick we still created some incredible viral videos in our short timespan.

I'm so happy you turned this into a video. It's so important to talk about-- but I couldn't make this myself.

Even when Creating more "serious" and toned down videos I made sure to add eye catching elements like her signature color grade, RSMB , and absolute accurate captions to get her voice across. Little things that her audience continued to look for are what I strived to perfect. A consistent recognizable brand.

But of course we still had to have our fun and fill gaps with that recognizable "Screaming lady" style she absolutely loved. Below is one of her favorites -- although it preformed below expectations she was incredibly happy and it preformed well with her die hard audience.

How I did it

Centralized database: I created a database via Google Drive containing designated folders, files, and assets to make the entire process easy from start to finish.

Study the audience: Often we would use her streams and audience reaction to gauge which clips would be best suited for more eyes. Not everything needs to be put on the internet twice

Analytic reviews: Regardless of performance we reviewed every single video for about a week to see what we could've done better for the next one.

Overall, had the circumstances been better I'm confident I could've gotten Scarlett her first million views easily. Regardless -- we created some incredible content together.

I hate to let him go because I know the content won't be the same without him.
