Client Project: Report on Colombian Data Policy Ecosystem

The following was submitted as part of a client project assignment for the Fall 2022 Ethical Technology Practicum, taught by Professor Lee Tiedrich at Duke University.

I worked with two team members on a research project for the UK-based Open Data Institute's Power and Diplomacy in International Ecosystems research team. We were tasked with 1) creating a research tool for ODI's researchers to utilize when beginning to investigate a country's data policy landscape, and 2) testing the outline through a case study focused on the Colombian government and its strategic partners. The result of my team's work was a 30-page report including our research tool, case study, policy analysis, and research recommendations for ODI.
