Green Apple Bottle Shop in Toronto has a mission to bring high-quality, in-person wine experiences to the West End through streamlined design, hospitable service and unique and local offerings at an affordable price point. Their goal is to be the friendly, neighbourhood bottle shop and to encourage a sense of community within the area. The pandemic took away a lot of in-person experiences and encouraged brick and mortar stores to move online, and Green Apple wanted to change that by having a minimalistic presence online which encourages in-person exploration.

I wanted to create something that aligned with the design and mission of the shop - minimalistic but piques the customer's interest and encourages them to stop in and have a chat. Working closely with the owner, we decided that we wanted to use simple black and white with some fun animations, while showcasing some of the cool products the store has to offer.
