This project aims to significantly enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates by designing, testing, and automating highly targeted and personalized email flows using Klaviyo.

Project Scope:

Flow Creation: Developing a comprehensive suite of email flows tailored to specific customer segments and life-cycle stages, including:
Welcome series
Abandoned cart recovery
Post-purchase follow-up
Re-engagement campaigns
Seasonal promotions
Testing and Optimization: Conducting rigorous A/B testing and iterative optimization to refine email content, subject lines, timing, and segmentation strategies.
Automation: Implementing robust automation rules to streamline email delivery and ensure timely communication with customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the email flows, such as but not limited to :
Open rate
Click-through rate
Conversion rates
Unsubscribe rates
Customer lifetime value (CLTV)
