Challenge

How would you respond if you were tasked with improving a poorly designed SaaS application like CapSync? What is the challenge? Integrating a new design system into an existing framework without compromising what already works. A house redesign without tearing down the walls requires considerable design finesse.

Results

Here's where it all happened. CapSync's existing design was seamlessly integrated with a robust design system. It worked?

Keeping what users loved while enhancing the overall experience. Improved user flows, fresh look, and design consistency. An intelligent design system makes CapSync even better, one pixel at a time.

Process

Research & Analysis: I conducted brain storming session, and studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights

Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, I structured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.

Wireframing & Prototyping: I designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, I built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.

Usability Testing: I conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, I made necessary adjustments to the design.

Visual Design & Style Guide: I developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
