For the RevenueCat Shipyard Hackathon, I built GlowSteps: an AI micro-goal tracker designed to turn ambition into daily action.
Most productivity apps fail by overwhelming users. GlowSteps does the opposite. Users pick one goal, and the AI generates personalized, bite-sized tasks. Tap "done", and Glowy a gamified firefly mascot glows brighter. It’s a tight, habit-forming loop built to maximize user retention. ✅ Integrated a subscription model from Day 1 using RevenueCat. ✅ Engineered graceful AI fallbacks so users never see an error if the LLM fails. ✅ Ruthlessly optimized onboarding UX, cutting AI wait times to prevent drop-off.
I shipped this fully monetized mobile app under a strict deadline. I specialize in turning complex ideas into scalable, highly engaging products. Glowsteps Introduction
