Kit Architecture Audit & Logic Repair for Physician-Led Community Launch
RWI, a physician-led parenting community ("The Anti-IG Mom"), was preparing for a critical February launch. They needed a technical safeguard to ensure their lead magnets and segmentation logic were error-free. The existing setup contained circular logic loops and "inverted logic" that risked mis-tagging subscribers (e.g., tagging users as "Pregnant" simply because they lacked a specific tag).
My Role
Kit Automation Expert & Strategist I conducted a deep-dive audit of the client’s existing automations, identified critical data risks, and re-engineered the backend to ensure accurate segmentation between "Expecting Parents" and "New Parents."
Key Accomplishments
Logic Proofing: Eliminated infinite loops and dead-end paths that caused subscribers to "fall off the map."
Precision Tagging: Implemented Link Triggers to distinguish between users who requested a resource and those who actually consumed it.
Strategic Consulting: Advised on a "Status Switch" footer strategy to allow subscribers to self-segment from "Pregnant" to "Parent" as their journey evolves.
