I recreated the Nothing Phone 3 landing page from scratch inside Framer as a personal challenge to test my design and prototyping skills. The goal was to see how closely I could match the original site while using Framer’s native tools for layout, animation, and responsiveness.
In just under 3 hours, I designed and built an interactive, fully responsive page that captures the minimal and futuristic aesthetic of the Nothing brand. This project pushed me to explore advanced Framer features like smart components, scroll-based animations, and adaptive layouts.
It was a fun experiment that showed how Framer can be used not only for design but for building real, production-ready marketing pages.
Overview
I wanted to challenge myself and explore how far I could push Framer as a no-code design and development tool. Instead of creating a simple concept design in Figma, I decided to go one step further and rebuild the Nothing Phone 3 landing page directly inside Framer. My goal was to create a fully functional, interactive web experience that looked and felt like a real, production-ready marketing site.
Process
The entire project took around three to four hours from start to finish. I began by studying the original Nothing Phone website to understand its structure, motion patterns, and visual language. Once I had a clear plan, I jumped into Framer to start recreating the layout and interactions.
I paid close attention to the details that make Nothing’s design language so distinctive: the clean typography, generous white space, subtle micro-interactions, and seamless transitions between sections. Framer’s component system made it easy to replicate reusable sections while maintaining consistency across the layout.
One of the most exciting parts of the process was working with Framer’s animation and responsive features. Instead of static mockups, I could bring the interface to life with scroll-based animations, smooth hover states, and flexible layouts that adapted beautifully to different screen sizes. Watching everything come together in real time was incredibly rewarding.
Outcome
The final result is a fully interactive landing page that captures the aesthetic and energy of the Nothing brand. It demonstrates not only my eye for detail and layout design but also my ability to build dynamic, production-quality pages directly in Framer without relying on traditional coding.
This experiment helped me gain a deeper understanding of how Framer bridges the gap between design and development. It also gave me confidence in using it as a tool for rapid prototyping and building live marketing experiences that are ready to ship.
