The design process involved our entire team understanding creator workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes. We studied how creators currently generate reports, what information they prioritise when sharing with partners, and what insights matter most for their business. This collaborative research informed the information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interactive patterns of the Campaign Report interface. My role was to synthesise these insights and lead the design direction, ensuring that the final product reflected both technical capabilities and real user needs. The end result is a seamless and efficient tool that enables creators to make informed decisions, optimise their strategies, and enhance collaboration with partners within the Sheer platform. By reducing friction in the reporting process, creators can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on strategic growth and partnership building.
