Project Goal: To create a dynamic and appealing burger animation that conveys the freshness, juiciness, and appetizing look of the product.

1️⃣ Concept & References

Analyzing similar animations and trends.

Finding inspiration from commercials, 3D food animations, and stylized designs.

Defining the style (realistic, cartoonish, minimalist).

2️⃣ Design Creation & Asset Preparation

Developing key elements: bun, patty, cheese, vegetables, and sauce.

Preparing all elements in Photoshop/Illustrator for smooth animation.

Exporting layers into After Effects.

3️⃣ Animation Process

Breaking it down into key steps: assembling the burger, ingredient movement, adding effects (crumbs, light reflections).

Using smooth motion curves (Graph Editor) for realistic movement.

Adding slight bounce effects (overshoot) to make the animation more dynamic.

4️⃣ Effects & Final Touches

Animating the sauce: dripping and flowing smoothly.

Adding light flares for depth and realism.

Enhancing the scene with small particles (crumbs, steam).

Final color correction.

5️⃣ Export & Optimization

Choosing the right format (MP4, GIF, WebM).

Optimizing for social media.

🔹 Realistic Ingredient Animation

Making ingredients fall naturally was tricky, requiring manual keyframe adjustments and motion dynamics.

🔹 Animating Sauce

Creating a realistic liquid effect in 2D was challenging, so I used shape layers and masks to simulate fluid movement.

🔹 Optimizing for Different Platforms

GIF animations lost quality, so I had to find a balance between file size and visual details.

Despite some challenges, the project turned out dynamic and visually appealing. The animation successfully captures the fresh and delicious look of the burger, making it perfect for social media advertising.
