It's any time you take care of yourself. It may be before going to bed, in the middle of the day, or very early in the morning. Furthermore, it doesn't matter when you take time for yourself; the most important thing is to remember to do it. So, when you have time, just take a deep breath, listen to or read some affirmations, go for a walk, do a mindfulness meditation, go on a date with yourself—whatever works for you.
