TravelCRM is a custom-built customer relationship management platform I developed for Travels. It’s designed to help travel agencies efficiently manage agent queries, travel packages, bookings, and customer inquiries. I created key features such as quotation generation, currency conversion (Indian Rupee, Dirham, Euro), and profit/loss tracking for every currency. Additionally, I enhanced the user experience by building a responsive admin panel, optimizing CRUD operations, and integrating real-time updates to streamline travel business operations. TravelCRM empowers agencies to improve workflow, boost productivity, and deliver exceptional service to their clients.
