Role-based access for admins and trainers, with an audit-friendly trail of who changed what and when.
Instant push notifications to the right roles when a schedule changes.
Search and filters for busy days, and tidy data for reporting.
How We Did It
Build. React Native for iOS and Android with phone and tablet layouts from one codebase.
Backend. Firebase for auth, push and real-time updates. MongoDB for companies, users, sessions and appointments.
Resilience. Safe retries and offline cues for weak connectivity.
Outcome
Common actions take seconds, not minutes, so admins react quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
Fewer handoffs, shorter response times and a more professional experience for client companies.
