As a student consultant, I was challenged by my supervisor to create a tutorial video to spearhead a campaign idea I suggested as a way to increase community engagement. The idea was to design gamification by having our customers 1) create videos explaining our platform, DeckLinks, 2) display behind-the-scenes of customers using our platform, or 3) show how it has benefited their business. The video is now used as a marketing asset to enhance exposure and outreach.
