Did a research on the use of IT in helping small businesses in Nigeria. Different technologies such as AI and cloud computing were analyzed. Data was collected from 200 SMEs in Nigeria.
The results showed that while adoption of IT is still low in Nigeria, SMEs that leverage the power of technology gained a competitive edge.
