The Problem: Employees wasted time switching between project management tools and searching scattered documents for information. The Solution: I developed a central chat interface (integrated with Google Chat) that acts as an AI executive assistant.
Capabilities:
Task Management: Employees can chat to the bot to query or update tasks in Asana seamlessly.
Instant Knowledge: The AI is connected to a Vector Database (a "smart memory" of company documents) to answer internal policy or technical questions instantly (RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Command Center: It acts as a trigger point to launch other complex workflows.
