Designing an LLM for Health Information for Older Adults
I worked on designing an AI LLM Chatbot for Health Information in collaboration with AI developers. This project was a part of National Science Foundation (NSF) funded project focused on building autonomy and trust in AI tools for health information and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Researched the LLM landscape for health information and ideated features to support building trust and autonomy in the system.
Prioritized and defined overall features, and personalization features.
Designed the end-to-end LLM tool.
Collaborated with AI engineers to build and led the visual QA of the tool.
Tested the LLM tool with 20+ users.
