Concept case study for a fictional luxury real estate development seeking photorealistic 3D renders to pre-sell units before construction.
The challenge: Create architectural visualizations that feel real enough to generate buyer confidence, while communicating the lifestyle and atmosphere of the space. The renders needed to work for both digital marketing and printed sales materials.
What I delivered:
Photorealistic interior and exterior 3D renders showcasing key living spaces
Lighting studies and material explorations to establish mood and atmosphere
Final renders optimized for web, social media, and large-format print
My approach: I used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) for design research, material reference sourcing, and project brief structuring. Visual direction and composition were handled in Canva Pro and Photoshop. The goal: make the viewer feel like they're already standing in the space.
