Script, design, motion and sound were all built in-house. Styleframes locked the visual world before animation started, so nothing downstream was guesswork. Motion was cut frame by frame - pacing tuned to win the first three seconds, every transition carrying story instead of decoration. Sound design was built alongside the picture, not after it: the tension and the reveal live in the audio as much as the visuals. Then the edit got ruthless - anything that didn't move the story forward went.
