My Solution: I executed a full GMB optimization across all three locations. Diagnostic Audit: Found inconsistent business categories, missing service menus, and a lack of geotagged photos. SEO Optimization: Rewrote all three GMB descriptions using high-intent local keywords ("24-hour gym," "HIIT classes near me"). I optimized the primary and secondary business categories for maximum relevance.
Review & Posting Strategy: Developed a simple system for staff to solicit new reviews and created a content calendar for weekly GMB posts (e.g., class schedules, promotions).
The Impact: Within 30 days, all three locations moved into the Google "Local Pack" (Top 3) for their core service keywords. This resulted in an average 40% increase in calls and 25% increase in website visits directly from the GMB profile, significantly lowering their overall customer acquisition cost and increasing walk-in sales.
