APEXFlow is my personal fork of ACE-Step UI, rebuilt around how I actually use the open-source ACE-Step 1.5 model to make music locally.
I wanted one place where I could switch between checkpoints, follow the Python generation process, free up VRAM after each job, review synced lyrics, and keep finished tracks organized. So I reworked the original interface and added model aware controls, realtime progress, LRC/VTT lyric playback, fullscreen visuals.
Most of the work was about removing the friction around local AI generation: fewer repetitive settings, clearer feedback, and less jumping between the browser, terminal, and output folders.
The video above shows the full workflow, from generation to playback.
