1. Overview
EduPilot is a modern AI-powered School Operating System designed to help schools digitize their entire administrative workflow — from admissions and attendance to communication and fee management.
We designed and built EduPilot as a scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables schools to replace fragmented legacy systems with a single intelligent platform.

2. The Problem
Many schools still rely on:
Paper-based attendance registers
Manual admission forms
Excel spreadsheets for fee management
WhatsApp for parent communication
Disconnected legacy systems
This results in:
administrative inefficiency
lost admission opportunities
delayed communication with parents
poor operational visibility
Most existing school ERPs are also outdated, difficult to use, and not built for modern cloud infrastructure.
The opportunity was to build a modern SaaS platform that automates school operations and introduces AI-driven workflows.
3. The Goal
The objective was to create a cloud-native SaaS platform capable of serving thousands of schools with the following goals:
Digitize the complete school administration workflow
Introduce AI-driven automation for operational tasks
Enable multi-tenant architecture for scalable SaaS deployment
Provide a modern UX that teachers and administrators can adopt easily
Design a system that can evolve into an AI School Operating System
4. Our Solution
We designed EduPilot as a modular SaaS platform built around automation and intelligent workflows.
The platform includes:

Teachers can mark attendance simply by typing natural language commands.
Example:
“All students are present except Ali who is sick and Ahmed who is 10 minutes late.”
The AI parses the message and automatically records attendance for the entire class.
This eliminates the need for manual marking.

The system handles the full admission lifecycle:
• inquiry capture

Future AI capabilities include automated admission assistants that respond to parents and guide them through applications.
