Working on Lululemon Studio was a high-impact journey that spanned the full lifecycle of a premium fitness brand—from scaling a robust e-commerce platform to managing its final transition into a streamlined landing page.
As a Senior Front-End Developer, I played a key role in building a seamless shopping experience using a modern headless stack. Here is how I brought technical precision and creative problem-solving to the project:
The Technical Approach
Headless E-commerce: I built and maintained the site using Next.js, leveraging the Shopify Storefront API and JS Buy SDK to create a fast, responsive, and highly customized shopping experience that went far beyond standard templates.
Content Orchestration: I implemented Sanity CMS to give the team full control over their content. This included using the Sanity Connect plugin to keep Shopify product data in perfect sync with our CMS, ensuring real-time accuracy for inventory and pricing.
Component Architecture: I crafted a library of engaging landing pages and reusable UI components. Whether it was a high-traffic promotional page or a complex product detail view, I focused on clean code and pixel-perfect execution.
Shopify Optimization: I didn’t just tweak themes; I managed the backend store environment, evaluating and integrating various Shopify apps to extend functionality while maintaining peak performance.

Even as the business pivoted and eventually closed its digital doors, I stayed on to help create the final transition site.
