Led the UX design of a finance processing system that automates personal support fund distribution for organizations. Through user research, I identified key pain points for financial administrators, such as manual data entry errors, time-consuming processing times, and difficulty tracking funds across multiple banks. To address these issues, I designed a user-friendly interface with an intuitive automatic mapping feature. This feature streamlines data entry by automatically recognizing and importing information from various bank formats. The new system also provides clear visualizations and intuitive workflows, enabling administrators to efficiently track and manage personal support funds. This user-centered approach resulted in a quantifiable achievement of a 20% reduction in processing time, a 50% decrease in manual errors, and improved financial data transparency.
