Brief about the company: Milient Software AS is a SaaS company that delivers project management solutions. They are the largest in the Nordic countries.

Objective: The main objective of this project was to implement a fresh, intuitive design that enhances the user experience and makes it easier for users to interact with the app's functionalities.

Timesheet: Allows users to register their time spent on tasks and projects.

Project Viewer: Users can view their ongoing and past projects.

Customer Directory: Users can view and manage their customer details.

Task and Nonconformities Viewer: Provides an overview of tasks and any nonconformities identified.

Task Creation: Users can create new tasks directly from the app.

Nonconformities Creation: Users can report and create nonconformities.

Challenges Faced: Finding the right tools and technologies to implement the desired design and functionalities presented a significant challenge. However, with research and collaboration, we  managed to make informed decisions and executed the project eloquently.

Outcome: Post-development, Milient Software AS plans to leverage the enhanced mobile app as a strategic tool to acquire new customers, showcasing their commitment to modern design and user-friendly interfaces.

Background Information: The first iteration of this application was my Bachelors project in university, which resulted in a full-time offer and the app was released to the app store. The company wanted to continue working on the application, and wanted to do another round with students doing their Bachelors. 

I hired the new students, and we together finished the UX design for the second version of the application. They all received grade A on their bachelor thesis.I am now leading the development and deployment of the application.
