KnowledgeSources needed more than a newsletter. They needed a system, one that delivered consistent, high-quality content to a professional audience every week without losing subscribers or momentum.

What I built:

A complete Mailchimp campaign architecture spanning 74 sends across two segmented audiences, built around a thought-leadership content calendar covering leadership, organisational change, and team performance. Topics like Transforming Leadership in the AI Age and Is it Change or is it Chaos? were engineered for relevance to a senior B2B readership, not just open rates.
Beyond the sends, I implemented a re-engagement layer, identifying non-openers after each broadcast and deploying targeted follow-up campaigns to a refined segment, recovering missed reach without increasing unsubscribe risk.
Audience segmentation, send-time optimisation, and subject line strategy were built into every campaign from the start, not added as afterthoughts.

What it produced:
