Objective This report aims to provide an overview of the IT tasks completed by XXX IT Technician, Eniola A on behalf of YYY. The report details the project's scope, key tasks, and outcomes without personalization or subjective language.

Project Scope The objective is for all users to use their work credential to login to the Organization devices and also use Window Hello Pin.  For Out of the Box Experience/Windows Autopilot for new users and Device, once they login using the credential, Automation will occur in the IT task below while Azure Active Directory it will all setup by itself.  The project's objective was to enhance Sahota Diesel's IT infrastructure. This included the following key tasks:

Task 1: OneDrive Know Folder Move The Objective is to Sync files and folder from Onedrive for business to users machines- Applied to all user Configuration settings Note: A configuration profiles was created for this in Intune Syncing SharePoint Teams site Automation- Applied to all user

Optimize and configure Azure AD settings for enhanced security and user management. Setting up Authentication--- Applied to all user Identity Protection- Configuration profile created called Windows Hello after device enrollment Note: Window Hello for Business comes with MFA.  Customer wanted to use PIN to sign in to Devices.

Users with M365 business premium

Users with Microsoft intune Standalone Any one added to the Microsoft intune standalone Security group will automatically be assigned a license. Note: there most be intune licenses available

Compliance policy—Applied to all user

Create a noncompliance notification Security baseline-- Applied to all user

Automating Policy and Process Management:

Utilize Intune as the Group Policy Creator for Azure.

Enroll devices | Windows enrollment | Auto Enrollment  Enrollment Status Page-- Applied to all user

Enrollment notification-- Applied to all user

Endpoint detection and response-- Applied to all user Firewall-- Applied to all user

Implement automation processes to streamline IT tasks and improve efficiency.

Windows Autopilot Deployment Profile-- Applied to all user

Windows update in intune Update ring Windows 10 or later-- Applied to all user

App Deployment-- Applied to all user

Automatic Screen lock after 10 minute: Applied to one user Shop/Lorne in Device screen lock security group

Offboarding: Changing user account password and doing remote wipe.

IT Task: Onboarding: Adding user to the Security group make following Possible for the user seamlessly; 1) License enrollment via Security base line 2) Automate device enrollment for new users using Windows Autopilot 3) Automatically deploy configuration profiles based on device or user attributes.  4) Leverage compliance policies and conditional access to trigger automated actions based on compliance status, like sending remediation notifications or restricting access. 5) OneDrive Auto Start up and KFM 6) 7) 8) Automatic screen lock for one user after Computer Shop/Lorne Idle for 10 mins 9) Windows Hello Pin to log in Windows and ability to reset it 10) Offboarding: Changing user account password and doing remote wipe.
