The FF 91 represents a bold new species of electric mobility that combines supercar performance, precise handling, the comfort of an ultra-luxury passenger vehicle, and a unique collection of intelligent features – including FFAI, Artificial Intelligence that anticipates driver and passenger needs. The high tech SUV contains over 11 screens, centered around the concept of third internet living space which integrates AI, internet, and luxury comfort functions. Eric Jordan was consulted to craft animation for many of the visual elements that make up FFAI’s core UI dashboard functions – including user controls, ambient and action animations, as well as the primary startup/shutdown sequences.  Eric provided a series of visualizations, animations, action states, and usability flows to define the functionality of the in-dash display system – including the persistent ‘FFlexus’ – an ambient element which reacts to certain user actions. FFAI consists of a coalescence of sensors, cameras and proprietary software. Using facial recognition, FFAI is able to tailor individual settings in each of FF 91’s seats—right down to temperature and volume levels. Upon entering FF 91, the experience is tailored, adapting to the user’s mood with adjustments in temperature, music and even scent. Inside, each user enjoys a personalized experience, every time. Every seat has individual interior cameras, speakers, microphones, and other sensors, recognizing users by their faces, voice and weight, customizing the experience based on his or her unique FFID.  The details of the high-tech interior were unveiled in a presentation by Dr. Carsten Breitfeld (FF Global CEO) as a part of Automobility LA at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2019.
