Christmas At The Crossing 2022

With 2022 quickly coming to an end, that marked the beginning of one of the busiest seasons! It all began with a five-hour meeting in August. A meeting meant that had no boundaries, where everyone in attendance could shoot out their dreams and aspirations for our biggest event of the year.
The Dream ✨
During our Creative Programming meeting, we were enamored with the thought of how space and time seem to pass quickly, without warning. How could we break down such a vast concept in an easy-to-understand, relatable way?
With that in mind, we wanted our members to experience a true Christmas story. One about family, faith, and redemption. One that made you stop and realize that time is fleeting. How do you take these passing moments and find gratitude and redemption? How can we stay up to speed with our day-to-day lives, while remembering where we came from? When the money and accolades are gone, what are we ultimately left with?
The Process
Timeline: August 10, 2022 - December 25, 2022
I knew I was in for a daunting task. Along with creating the overall branding, I was responsible for complete oversight of print items. Knowing that we were focusing on the concept of space while trying to keep it simple and whimsical, I created the overall graphic look.

The Result
Christmas At The Crossing was a success. Through Creative Programming, strategic marketing and promotion, we increased attendance by 33%.
2022 ATTENDANCE: 7,030 individuals
2023 ATTENDANCE: 9,374 individuals
The final outcome of months of work was well worth it. Not only were we able to make dreams happen, but we were also able to provide an environment that allowed families to slow down and just be, in an otherwise busy season.
