One of the main challenges taken on for their new website was the delicate balance of feeling professional for donors, teachers, and parents, while also not being afraid to be playful as they serve children. I worked closely with the client to ensure their vision was achieved throughout. A special request of theirs was to create a “portal” in the Careers page catered to Millennials and Gen-Z potential employees. I took a “dark mode” approach that felt fun while still feeling cohesive with the rest of the site.
