I partnered with Ellen Holmsten of StudioBlue on this project, with my focus on the Webflow development of the website. Birl, previously operating behind the scenes to simplify the resale process for businesses, aimed to build a stronger brand identity to directly target customers and raise awareness. The goal was to rebrand Birl with a cooler, trendier image for the Scandinavian market while optimizing UX/UI to improve engagement and retention. They needed a new visual identity, a new “trade-in flow” design and a new website to showcase their USP.
We redesigned their website to prioritize mobile performance and user experience, making it easier for customers to engage with the brand. Social media and newsletters were refreshed to ensure consistency across all channels. We also streamlined third-party integrations to simplify the trade-in flow, making the process more intuitive and increasing conversion rates.
This strategic work helped reposition Birl as a visible, customer-facing brand in the Scandinavian market, deepening their connection with both businesses and end-users. We’re continuing to work with Birl on an ongoing basis, offering expertise, creative direction, and design assets to support their growth and evolution.
