As the tech lead of a four-person team, I spearheaded a project to optimize the performance of a supplier collaboration tool for a renowned global fashion brand. The initial development team had built the first version of the app six months prior, but our challenge was to take it to the next level.
Our team not only met but exceeded the functional requirements, delivering a solution that not only worked as intended but also provided significant improvements in performance and user experience.
On average, we reduced the loading time by an astonishing 80% across the entire platform. This not only improved the user experience for our clients but also streamlined workflows, saving valuable time and resources.
