Fleetr - ECommerce SaaS Startup

Fleetr is an innovative E-Commerce platform designed to seamlessly connect riders, stationery stores, and consumers. As a SaaS-based marketplace, Fleetr enables stationery stores to register and list their products, while consumers can easily search for items and purchase from the nearest store based on their location. The platform intelligently assigns the closest available rider to pick up the order, ensuring fast and efficient delivery to the user.

One of the core technical challenges in developing Fleetr was optimizing the process of calculating the shortest path from the store to the user and assigning the order to the nearest rider. To solve this, I implemented the Haversine formula for precise geolocation calculations and integrated the Google Maps API to enhance route optimization and real-time tracking. This combination not only improved delivery efficiency but also elevated the overall user experience.

As a full-stack developer with expertise in SaaS development, I leveraged cutting-edge technologies to build Fleetr from the ground up, ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user interface. This project highlights my ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver robust, user-centric solutions in the E-Commerce and logistics space.
