Social Media Coordinator

● Develop a regular content calendar featuring diverse content highlighting member businesses and events in Downtown Alexandria

● Create compelling captions, stories and posts that showcase the unique offerings of member businesses, utilizing shared and organic content via photo, video, graphics and live streams

● Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all platforms

● Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages

● Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth

● Analyze social media data to understand audience demographics & preferences

● Work closely with the ADMA board and member businesses to gather content and promote events

● Collaborate with other marketing & communication initiatives within the ADMA
