Designed as an original demonstration of a lead-scoring layer for sales operations. Incoming leads are evaluated on fit, intent, engagement, and behavioral signals, then routed to the appropriate messaging or CRM path.
Scope: scoring criteria, routing thresholds, high-intent handoff, and CRM fallback logic.
