Research & Design Process
When it came to the mobile apps and the website, the goal was to introduce a completely new kind of service with no existing example in the market. To support this, the user experience needed to be as seamless and frictionless as possible throughout the entire journey.
Based on the brief, the project started with a comprehensive benchmark research and primary focus on defining best UX practices, crafting information architecture, and designing core layouts. The Frink project followed a two-phase design process focused on crafting the user experience for two mobile applications. The first, called Frink, was the main app for customers to subscribe and place their coffee orders. The second, called the Reader app, was developed for baristas to receive and manage these orders.
