• Provide subject matter expertise, technical advice and guidance on testing matters to management, project, and technical stakeholders
• Liaise with Project, Business and Technical teams as required to deliver testing outcomes efficiently and effectively for the projects
• Leading and coordination of Verification and Validation testing activities mainly across System, Integration, User Acceptance and Operational Testing phases, including both the functional and non-functional testing aspects
• Develop and implement risk-based performance testing for our clients either individually or as part of a team.
• Deliver information to project stakeholders in a format they can understand.
• Deliver information to the technical team in a format they can understand.
• Setup application and system monitoring to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, and budget.
• Produce and maintain appropriate test management documentation including test strategy, test plans, test scripts, test schedules, status reports, and test summary reports.
• Promote and ensure the use of appropriate test management methodologies and tools, including identify and manage key dependencies, constraints, and risks, and effectively communicate and manage testing risks and issues, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
• Oversee and manage the monitoring and reporting of project related trends and performance against project test plans and schedules.
• Review and assessment of testing artifacts and outputs and perform test assurance and governance activities at both the program and project levels.
• Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms, management of expectations.
