Built separate workflows for agency partners and business clients, including qualification logic, intelligent calendar routing, reminder sequences, cancellation recovery, and nurture automation. Reduced manual follow-up, improved show-up rates, and created a scalable onboarding infrastructure that automatically filters and routes leads.
