I have worked with startups as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, chief of staff and business consultant where I helped identify various needs, develop solutions that could be implemented, and ensure the success of all the teams involved. I am excellent at developing strategies for growth and creating strategic business documents for target audiences. I have a T-shaped skill set that cuts across project management, Growth, operations, analytics and management consulting. This position requires the ability to wear multiple hats and I have in the past provided customer support (working as a community manager and product-focused customer support personnel), ensured proper communication between internal and external stakeholders, interviewed and recruited talent in various industries (legal, consulting, finance, tech, photography and academia), handled social media and digital marketing for personal and professional brands (creating content, posting, developing strategies for Mike Gibb, BIXO LLC, Ghost Squawk, Salti amongst others), drafted and reviewed over 1000+ documents (a large fraction of this owed to my legal career and non-technical contribution to tech projects that require lots of documenting and reviews that engineers and Devs do not like to do), liaising with tax authorities and filing (within West Africa and the US), managed and organized emails and set up automation and tech stacks, project management experience and facilitation experience by managing team and helped them achieve goals set using variety of strategies (icebreakers, team building, internal learning, gamification of social activities and so on)
