Booking System for a Barber — Built + Launched in 4 Days

A barber in Chiang Mai had customers finding him on Instagram, but no way for them to book. Every reservation ran through DMs, by hand.

A Thai and English booking site with a dashboard he runs from his phone. Customers pick a service and a time themselves, he gets an instant alert for each new booking, and he replies by text in one tap.

There is no payment step and no paid messaging service, so there is nothing for him to renew or manage.

Built + launched in 4 days. The first real customer booking came in on handover day, and there have been 140+ customer bookings since handover. He runs it alone.
